She works tirelessly to stage her properties, and expose her listings in a timely manner. Buying a new home during a pandemic was an emotional roller coaster. Maureen’s calm and thoughtful advice throughout our entire process made all of the difference. I cannot recommend Maureen enough! After working with a realtor that could not get the job done, we brought Maureen in and she differentiated herself within our first meeting. She is professional, hard-working and consistently puts in effort above and beyond her job description. For example, she recommended I remove some furniture from my condo for showings. I was unable to do it all in one trip with my small car, so she offered to load my furniture in her large car and drive 2 hours round trip to the suburbs to make the drop off. Another example of her effort was when she asked me where my cleaning supplies were so she could clean the shared spaces in our condo building for a showing. Post sale, she has run to my previous property to pick up mail, etc. She is sweet, understanding, easy to work with, and truly dedicated. I would recommend Maureen to anyone!

Maureen is an outstanding real estate professional. During the listing and sale of my condo she was relentless in insuring all aspects of the process went smoothly and were accomplished quickly and accurately. From step 1, decluttering and cleaning to staging she was thorough and creative. She furnished cleaners, handymen and painter who were equally thorough and professional. Her pricing strategies were spot on and she was adept at working with the buyer’s broker and attorney during the negotiations and closing. I will add that during this process I had a major medical procedure. She didn’t lose focus and was able to continue the focus throughout my recovery. I can’t think of one thing she could have done better. You never have a doubt she is working in your interests.
